Matt Shekari holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Yazd University. With a strong passion for innovation and entrepreneurship, he launched his first company—FEO—in Tehran in 2004, marking his entry into the fast-paced communications industry.

Driven by expertise, creativity, and faith, Matt grew FEO into a top-tier contractor for global firms including Ericsson, Huawei, MTN, AsiaCell, and others. Under his leadership, the company expanded its operations into Iraq, Armenia, and the UAE.

His success in international business led to executive leadership roles, including CEO of EHP and Deputy Director Manager at NDT—both key players in telecom and infrastructure. These roles solidified his reputation for excellence in construction, telecom, and infrastructure development.

In March 2013, Matt moved to Dallas, Texas, to build a brighter future for his family and tap into one of the nation’s most dynamic markets for technology and real estate.

By 2014, he founded TOPTEL, a Dallas-based construction firm, and TOPTELECOM, specializing in communication infrastructure. As CEO, Matt built high-performing teams, launched new brands, and expanded service offerings across multiple sectors.

In 2025, he further expanded the business by launching Lakeshore Asset, a property management and investment division. Now a licensed Realtor, Matt offers hands-on expertise in real estate development and asset management.

Recognizing the power of technology, Matt successfully automated operations across both TOPTEL and Lakeshore Asset, turning manual systems into efficient, digital workflows.
