Matt earned his Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in 2007. While pursuing his studies in 2004, he founded his first communications firm, FEO, in Tehran, showcasing an early passion for innovation and business development in telecommunications.

NDT & EHP – Driving Multi-Million Dollar Telecom Growth

In 2007, Matt joined NDT, a leading telecommunications infrastructure company, where he held pivotal leadership roles in securing and executing multi-million-dollar cellular network rollouts, consistently delivering projects on time with exceptional quality.

In 2012, he founded EHP, combining deep technical expertise with strategic operations to establish a full-service civil, telecom infrastructure, and optimization contractor. Under his leadership, EHP completed projects for Ericsson, Huawei, MTN, and AsiaCell, expanding operations across Iraq, Armenia, and the UAE, and earning a reputation for reliability and cross-border excellence.

Entrepreneurial Leadership in Texas

After relocating to Dallas in 2014, Matt founded TOPTEL (construction) and TOPTELECOM (communications infrastructure), serving as CEO and Project Manager. Leveraging his engineering background and management certificates(PMP&CCM), he built high-performing teams and scaled both firms to deliver major commercial, residential, and civil cellular antenna projects. Known for efficiency, cost control, and client focus, Matt enhanced TOPTEL’s operations by integrating automation, streamlining construction workflows and boosting on-site productivity from budgeting to design and implementation.

In 2025, Matt launched Lakeshore Asset, a real estate investment and property management division grounded in a long-term vision of value creation and operational excellence. Holding an MBA in Financial, he applies strong financial analysis, asset valuation, and strategic investment expertise.
