Matt Shekari holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Yazd University. Passionate about innovation and entrepreneurship, he founded his first company, FEO, in Tehran in 2004, marking his entry into the fast-paced communications industry.

Driven by expertise and creativity, Matt grew FEO into a leading contractor for major international companies such as Ericsson, Huawei, MTN, and AsiaCell. His leadership expanded the company’s operations into Iraq, Armenia, and the UAE.

Matt’s international business success led to key executive roles, including CEO of EHP and Deputy Director Manager at NDT—both influential players in telecom and infrastructure. These positions helped establish his reputation for excellence in construction, telecom, and infrastructure development.

In March 2013, Matt moved to Dallas, Texas, aiming to build a brighter future for his family and take advantage of the region’s dynamic technology and real estate sectors.

By 2014, he founded TOPTEL, a Dallas-based construction company, and TOPTELECOM, which specializes in communication infrastructure. As CEO, Matt has built high-performing teams, launched new brands, and expanded services across multiple sectors.

In 2025, Matt expanded further by launching Lakeshore Asset, a property management and investment division. Now a licensed Realtor, he applies hands-on expertise in asset management and real estate development.

Recognizing the importance of technology for efficiency, Matt fully automated both TOPTEL and Lakeshore Asset, transforming manual processes into digital workflows, including real-time project reporting, maintenance tracking, automated lease renewals, CRM integration, accounting, and tenant communications.
